My delivery showed up much later than it should have, that’s on them. If they can’t stick to the time they give customers, they shouldn’t promise it in the first place. Really frustrating and not reliable at all.

The package arrived in good shape and the lashes were protected well, so I’ll give credit for that. The box looked nice and wasn’t packed with a bunch of unnecessary extra stuff. One corner was bent when it got here, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. I’m mostly happy with the packaging overall, though I did kind of expect at least a quick apology or acknowledgment about the bent corner.

The trainer did a decent job explaining the basics, and I was able to follow most of it. Maybe it’s just me, but a few parts felt a little rushed, and I still had some questions afterward.

I ordered a few lash trays from thousandlashes.biz, and everything in the bag was exactly what I picked. The sizes, curls, and all the details matched up, which was nice, because I’ve had mix ups with other places before.
The only thing was that the shipping updates were a little slow, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on at first. But, the order itself was accurate, packed fine, and I’d order from them again.

the result just didn’t feel professional to me. I was disappointed with how it turned out, and I don’t think I’d go back.

The glue held up great and lasted the whole week with no issues.

I thought these were going to be great when I first put them on because they looked nice right away. But after just a couple wears, they started falling apart, so I’m assuming the quality just isn’t there. I expected them to last a bit longer...

These lashes are worth the money. They look nice, feel easy to use, and I didn’t feel like I overpaid. Overall, I’m happy with them and feel like they were a good buy.

I bought these hoping they’d give me a soft, natural look, but they ended up looking shiny and a bit heavy on my eyes. The shape was also kind of uneven, lol. They just weren’t the natural lashes I was going for, so I probably wouldn’t buy them again

I had a question and support replied really quickly, which made the whole thing a lot easier. They were helpful and straightforward. Overall, I’d say it was a really good experience.

The course itself was alright, but the wording made it sound like instructor help would be more available than it actually was. When I had questions, it took longer than expected to get a response, and a couple of replies felt rushed or didn’t really address what I was asking. I did finish the course, but i expected better support based on how it was presented

I ordered from ThousandLashes and the item just wasn’t what I thought it was going to be, so I figured I’d return it and move on.

The whole return process ended up being more annoying than I expected because the instructions weren’t super clear, I had to message them a couple times just to understand what I was supposed to do next, and even though nobody was rude or anything it still felt like one of those slow back-and-forth situations where you keep checking your email and wondering why a simple return is taking so much effort.

I did get my refund eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely took longer than I would’ve liked and I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I was completely sure I wouldn’t need to send anything back

They was a lot of lashes to choose from, and I ended up finding exactly what I needed. Happy with it

I’m a total beginner and this was easy enough for me to figure out without getting frustrated, so if you’re trying it for the first time like I was then it’s a good option and it didn’t feel overwhelming

I did have to trim them a little, but overall they were easy and looked good once they were on.

It kept loading kind of slow, and then I had to put my information in again one time, which was annoying honestly. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until almost the end, so that felt a little not great. I did end up finishing the order, but the whole thing felt clunky and made me less excited about buying. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Retention lasted about 3 weeks for me. I’m happy overall, especially considering I’m not always the most careful with aftercare. A few did fall out sooner than I hoped, but I think if you’re gentler with them or don’t use a lot of oily products, they’d probably last even better.

The prices seemed fair to me, at least from what I could tell. Everything went smoothly with no real issues, though I do feel like the shipping could’ve been a little faster...

I wore these lashes all day and forgot I even had them on. They didn’t feel heavy at all, which is exactly what I need because I hate dealing with uncomfortable lashes
